Job Description: This position creates the curb appeal, which is ultimately what makes the differences between potential prospects stopping by or driving on by! This position is extremely important in keeping up with the trash on the grounds, in the parking lot and leaves in the pool. This position may also need to help carry belongings and trash left inside of units to the dumpster so that the unit can begin to go through the process of preparation for the next tenant. Power washing the parking lot and buildings is often part of this positions description.    

Requirements: Must have reliability , eagerness to get the job done and a Team Player demeanor. Positions are temp & temp to hire.
