Job Description
Summary: Candidate will provide technical knowledge and support for all production equipment and packaging machinery, and must have strong knowledge of canning , thermal processing, retorts, computerized filling equipment, automatic case packing and processing/blending equipment, process conveying systems, PLC, Servo drive technology, and PM program. Candidate also must repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment, conveyor systems, production machinery, operating efficiency, yield maximization, improve operating knowledge, and maximize output.
Preferred qualifications:
One year certificate from college or technical school, plus 5 to 7 years of related experience and/or training.
Bilingual (English/Spanish). Salary will commensurate with experience.
