Job Description: These positions require a friendly personality who enjoys working with the public! STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL skills with a strength in follow through on heavy paperwork, knowledge of TAX CREDIT/ SECTION 8 Requirements. Experience on Apartment Industry Software is a MUST. You will be responsible for showing models and Vacant units or units coming up for availability, getting acquainted with the property and any resident functions or perks the property offers, creative marketing is a valuable trait & attention to detail is a must when working with Leases & Renewals.
Requirements: Must have six months TAX CREDIT/ SECTION 8 apartment experience. Positions are temp, temp to hire and Permanent Placement.
Compensation: Depends on Experience – Generally $10-$13/hr
